Indurent J16 sits directly at the M6 Junction 16 interchange, offering unrivalled access to the economies of the North West, the Midlands and Wales. The aim of the development is to deliver thousands of high-quality jobs and substantial economic benefits to Newcastle-under-Lyme and the wider county.
The opportunity
The site will accommodate everything from medium-sized units to buildings exceeding 300,000 sq ft, with all buildings targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings as a minimum and solar PV, EV charging, heat pumps and smart metering built in from the outset. Around 40% of the site will be dedicated to green and blue infrastructure, including new woodland, wildlife habitats and scenic walking and cycling routes. The development is expected to create up to 3,500 direct jobs and 1,200 supply chain roles.
