Background
Stoford Park will expand upon existing high quality employment schemes accessed from the A34 to the north of Stafford, linking with Junction 14 of the M6 serving the town and wider region. The proposals will create 72.1 acres for residential, 180.2 acres for commercial development and around 1,400 jobs. It has also led to over £10m of continued investment in infrastructure.
The opportunity
The project will focus on an exemplary, landscape-led employment park with the highest design and sustainability credentials to satisfy local, regional and national occupier needs on a freehold or leasehold basis. Alongside this will be new connected neighbourhoods with up to 650 new homes set within a green, edge-of-town scheme, a new primary school and a neighbourhood centre, all with excellent links to Stafford Town Centre. The next phases of development are scheduled to take place from 2028 onwards.
