The UK’s most significant rail-served logistics development, this project is a DCO-approved development site with consent to deliver up to 8 million sq ft of Class A logistics warehousing, including a key strategic rail freight interchange. Units can be built from 200,000 sq ft to 1.2 million sq ft and tailored to meet your specifications, and the project will create 8,500 jobs, a new A5/A449 link road and two new country parks.
