The Opportunity
The site of the former Olympus Engineering works will have 26 1-bedroom and 10 2-bedroom apartments, while the Raymond Street and Regent Road developments will consist of 20 3-bedroom and 20 4-bedroom town houses. The wider North Shelton Delivery Framework offers an opportunity to deliver up to 300 new homes and further development may be possible.
